MAGNAT CREATIVE KITCHEN&BATHROOM is a latex paint establishing coatings with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties.
It is particularly recommended for decorative and protective application to internal walls and ceilings exposed to periodically increasing moisture contamination and water vapour condensation, such as: bathrooms, laundry rooms or kitchens.
Stain resistance results from the paint's properties which entail the coating's resistance to liquid stains (hydrophobic) and fats (oleophobic).
It is particularly recommended for decorative and protective application to internal walls and ceilings exposed to periodically increasing moisture contamination and water vapour condensation, such as: bathrooms, laundry rooms or kitchens.

Stain resistance – as long as the paint is applied according to instructions – was confirmed by tests on stains caused by beetroot concentrate, mayonnaise, butter, olive oil, cola type soft drink and orange juice.
Any stains should be removed – as per the instructions on the product packaging – using a soft sponge and water with a dash of dishwashing liquid within no more than 15 minutes of the stain appearing.
Due to multiple and diverse factors (e.g. the type of substrate to be painted, chemical composition of products by different manufacturers e.g. corrosive substances, stain removal period) in some particular cases difficulties may arise when removing stains.
